EMI PRO's Android DPC app provides complete device lock management for financed Android phones. Features include Device Owner and LITE mode enrollment, self-provisioning via USB or QR code (no PC needed), 13-layer tamper protection with tamper scoring, FRP (Factory Reset Protection) with SIM swap and clone detection, FCM push commands for instant lock/unlock, offline auto-lock when internet is disconnected, OTA auto-updates, and Tamil/Hindi/English lock screen support. When an EMI payment is overdue, the dealer locks the phone from the dashboard — a full-screen lock overlay appears in the customer's language. When payment is received, the dealer unlocks instantly.
iOS Device Lock — iPhone & iPad MDM Management
EMI PRO supports iOS device lock management through MDM (Mobile Device Management) profile enrollment. Works with both supervised and unsupervised iPhones and iPads. Features include EMI lock via restriction profile that blocks all apps, Lost Mode with dealer phone number, DeviceLock with PIN enforcement, compliance scoring (0-100) with jailbreak detection, APNs push commands for remote lock/unlock, remote wipe capability, and offline reconnect trap that re-locks on check-in. Dealers can lock financed iPhones when EMI is overdue and unlock when payment is received.
Windows Laptop Lock — EMI Lock for Financed Laptops
EMI PRO's Windows Agent provides device lock management for financed Windows laptops and PCs. Features include 13-layer tamper protection (DACL, ACL, registry protection), full-screen lock overlay that blocks Alt+Tab, Win+R, and Task Manager, watchdog auto-restart service (restarts every 10 seconds if killed), offline HMAC unlock codes with 15-minute time window, Safe Mode and clock tamper detection, OTA auto-updates via WebSocket connection, and BitLocker AES-256 full-disk encryption with server-escrowed recovery keys. The agent installs as a SYSTEM service, hidden from Add/Remove Programs. Dealers can lock financed laptops when EMI is overdue.
Mac Device Lock — macOS Remote Management
EMI PRO supports Mac device lock management through MDM Profile enrollment via APNs (Apple Push Notification service). Features include EMI lock via restriction profile that blocks all apps, DeviceLock with PIN enforcement, compliance scoring and device information tracking, remote wipe capability, and management commands via APNs push. Dealers can register Mac devices with serial numbers, generate enrollment links for customers, and lock/unlock financed Macs remotely.
Android TV Lock — Smart TV EMI Lock Management
EMI PRO provides Android TV lock management with unique phone-to-TV WiFi provisioning — no PC needed. Features include auto-discovery of TVs on WiFi and hotspot networks, token-based enrollment (no IMEI required for Smart TVs), D-pad optimized full-screen lock with QR code for UPI payment, Device Owner and kiosk mode enforcement, FCM real-time commands, OTA auto-updates, and Android ID + serial + MAC identification. Dealers can provision financed Smart TVs directly from their phone — one tap to push the DPC app over WiFi.

All device communication uses 30-second heartbeat monitoring with hardware fingerprint verification.
How EMI PRO Works
Step 1: Dealer enrolls customer and device on the EMI PRO dashboard at emipro.app. Step 2: Install the agent — Android DPC app via QR/USB, iOS MDM profile via Safari, Windows agent via installer, or push to TV via phone WiFi. Step 3: Device connects to server, starts 30-second heartbeat monitoring. Step 4: When EMI payment is overdue, dealer clicks Lock — device locks instantly via FCM push or on next heartbeat. Step 5: When payment is received, dealer clicks Unlock — device unlocks within seconds. Offline devices can be unlocked with TOTP/HMAC codes.
